Our Vision
At Poepar, we believe that caring for a new baby starts with caring for the people who are caring for them.
Our vision is to redefine postpartum recovery in the UK by creating a trusted network of carefully selected professionals who help families feel supported, rested and cared for after birth, and ultimately make it accessible to everyone.
Whether that's preparing nourishing meals, restoring calm to the home, changing the beds after another sleepless night, keeping high traffic areas clean and hygienic, or simply watching over your little one as you and your partner rest for an hour or two.
Because recovery isn't a luxury.
It's an essential part of parenthood.

A note from Amy
"Poepar exists because I experienced first-hand what it feels like to be truly supported after having a baby when living in the Netherlands. It gave me the opportunity to recover, bond with my son and enjoy those early weeks without constantly worrying about the house around me, at no cost to our family.
My hope is that every family who welcomes Poepar into their home feels that same sense of relief, comfort and care.
